Metagenics faced the complex challenge of transitioning from Nutri Advanced to Metagenics while protecting existing revenue and customer loyalty. This rebrand needed to happen seamlessly, with no disruption to subscriber retention, sell-through performance, or product availability. Pattern elevated Metagenics’ presence on Amazon UK through a fully integrated marketplace approach, delivering refreshed, high-impact content with consistent image stacks, optimised keywords, and both generic and product-specific A+ content, alongside a seamless transition from the Nutri Advanced to the Metagenics Brand Store. The result was a cleaner, more professional presentation that reinforced credibility, leveraged Metagenics’ global heritage, and positioned the brand as a trusted player in the UK market. Throughout the rebrand, refreshed listings preserved shopper trust and conversion, enabling continued YoY growth and delivering 17% growth between January and August 2025, while subscriptions, ratings, reviews, and organic rankings were successfully maintained. In parallel, Sponsored Brand campaigns targeting Nutri Advanced search terms with new Metagenics creative educated shoppers on the transition and reinforced core USPs. Operational excellence underpinned the execution, with a 98.3% average in-stock rate and a 94.8% buy box share maintained from kickoff to completion, supporting steady sales performance throughout the transition.
