1. Pattern adds ChatGPT Ads to its campaign management platform

Pattern is bringing ChatGPT advertising into the same platform brands already use to manage campaigns across Google, Meta, Snap and TikTok. Built on its ROI Hunter acquisition and its 77 trillion ecommerce data points, the integration will handle catalogue and feed management for ChatGPT campaigns, while OpenAI retains control over ad selection and delivery. CEO Dave Wright says the move is about showing up wherever customers are shopping.

2. Pattern named TikTok Shop's 2025 Strategic Partner of the Year

Pattern picked up TikTok Shop's top partner award, recognising its work launching brands on the platform. Over 80 brands have gone live through Pattern on TikTok Shop in the past year, with hundreds more targeted by the end of 2026. The piece also flags Pattern's recent acquisition of NextWave, a TikTok commerce agency specialising in creator led product discovery and live selling.

The awards celebrate the Middle East's most visionary companies and leaders, recognising excellence across categories spanning technology, sustainability, fintech and business transformation.

5. Pattern's non-Amazon sales surge 119% on TikTok and Walmart growth

On Pattern's Q1 earnings call, CEO Dave Wright talked through how AI and social commerce are reshaping product discovery. Non-Amazon revenue was up 119% year on year, with TikTok Shop, Walmart and Coupang all contributing, and international revenue up 101%. Wright also detailed The Portal, an internal AI tool that generates localised product photography at scale, while CFO Jason Beesley said tech driven optimisation now accounts for roughly three quarters of the company's growth.

Features include a daily brief and podcast, chat to data querying, a Chrome extension for Amazon product pages, and visibility scorecards for how AI shopping agents like Rufus, Sparky and ChatGPT rank a brand's products.

10. Amazon opens its LTL freight service to all US businesses

Amazon has expanded its less than truckload freight service beyond its own network, letting businesses ship palletised freight to warehouses, retailers and other destinations nationwide. Pattern's VP of global supply chain, Zech Hintz, is quoted praising the faster transit times and lower costs the service has delivered over the past year.
