LONDON – 12th November 2025 – Pattern Group Inc. (Nasdaq: PTRN) (“Pattern”), a leader in accelerating brands on global ecommerce marketplaces by leveraging proprietary technology and AI, today announced the appointment of Luke Elliott as Vice President of Ecommerce, Europe. Elliott joins Pattern from Amazon, where he previously led Amazon Business Europe sales teams and 1P Vendor Management across multiple categories.
Bringing more than 20 years of commercial leadership experience across B2B and B2C sectors – spanning both brick-and-mortar retail and digital commerce – Elliott will lead ecommerce growth and marketplace strategy for Pattern’s European clients, helping global brands accelerate digital performance through data-driven, operationally disciplined execution.
“Luke’s appointment marks a significant step forward in our commitment to helping brands grow in Europe’s increasingly complex and dynamic ecommerce landscape,” said Hugh Hinkson, Chief Commercial Officer at Pattern. “His deep understanding of the ecommerce marketplace, paired with a track record of building scalable commercial strategies, will be a powerful driver of value for our clients, and we couldn't be more excited to have him as part of our leadership team.”
Before joining Pattern, Elliott spent 9 years in senior leadership roles at Amazon, supporting large enterprises in modernising procurement and commercial processes while also scaling Amazon’s digital commerce operations across multiple European markets. Prior to this, he held senior commercial roles at Tesco and Sysco (Brakes Foodservice), where he built and scaled wholesale and foodservice operations internationally.
“Across my career, I’ve worked on both sides of the transaction, buying and selling, across physical retail and digital commerce. I’m driven by reducing complexity and making commercial processes clear, predictable, and scalable so brands can grow faster, and buyers can transact without friction,” said Luke Elliott, Vice President of Ecommerce, Europe at Pattern. “I’m excited to bring that philosophy to our European clients to help them unlock growth through data-driven execution and the strength of Pattern’s technology.”
Elliott’s appointment underscores Pattern’s continued investment in ecommerce leadership and its commitment to helping brands win on digital marketplaces across Europe.
