London, UK – 13 August 2024 – Pattern, the category leader for global ecommerce acceleration, today announced its new role as a patron of the British Beauty Council (BBCo) — joining L’Oréal, Johnson & Johnson, Coty, Boots, Babyliss, and more in solving beauty’s shared challenges.
The partnership will facilitate a dynamic exchange of information, allowing the council to leverage Pattern’s extensive experience helping brands navigate online marketplace challenges. The council will also be able to tap into Pattern’s set of 30 trillion ecommerce data points to empower beauty brands with greater control and insights within their industry.
“We are pleased to become a patron of the British Beauty Council and are excited to contribute to the council’s core initiatives,“ said Barney Willis, Director of Beauty EMEA at Pattern. “Together, we can help ensure that the industry continues to thrive and be recognised for its significant economic and cultural contributions. We look forward to contributing to the council’s initiatives and collaborating on projects that will benefit British beauty, including thought leadership events, educational webinars, and participation in British Beauty Week.”
The British Beauty Council is a not-for-profit dedicated to solving beauty’s shared challenges. Acting as the first industry-wide organisation committed to lobbying legislative issues with policy-makers, the organisation works to engage the sector to raise the reputation of the industry and representing the diverse voices and needs of the British beauty sector.
